Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Dades Valley

Day 1 of your 3-day adventure begins with a warm welcome and pick-up from your accommodation or the airport, ensuring a smooth and comfortable start to your journey.

We depart Marrakech for the High Atlas Mountains. Crossing the Tizi n’Tichka pass, we’ll enjoy panoramic views of snow-capped peaks and Berber villages. Our first stop is Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage kasbah. A guided tour highlights its impressive clay architecture and film history, including Gladiator, Game of Thrones, Indiana Jones …

Free time for lunch in a local restaurant.

We then continue to the Dades Valley, known for its dramatic rock formations and landscapes.

Following breakfast, we journey to the magnificent Todra Gorges, where towering canyon walls create a spectacular natural sight. Enjoy time to hike along the riverbed, immersing yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of the surroundings.

After lunch, we drive to the edge of the Merzouga Sahara and the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, where a camel ride across the sands awaits.

You’ll arrive at a luxury desert camp just in time for a magical sunset. After a delicious dinner, enjoy traditional Berber music and drumming around the campfire before settling into your elegant tent for a peaceful night under the stars.

Day 3: Merzouga – Alnif –  Nkob – Ouarzazate –  High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

Your final desert morning begins with the option to wake early and witness the spectacular sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes.

After breakfast and a shower at the camp, you have a choice for your return to Merzouga village: either by a camel trek through the sands or a comfortable 4×4 transfer.

We then begin our full-day return journey to Marrakech. We take a different, scenic route, driving through the varied landscapes and traditional Berber villages of Rissani, Alnif, Tazarine, and N’kob. We will stop for photo opportunities to admire the scenery along the way.

The drive continues to Ouarzazate, where free time will be reserved for lunch. Afterward, we cross back over the magnificent High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass.

The tour concludes in Marrakech. We expect to arrive at approximately 20:00, and we will provide a safe drop-off at your accommodation or the airport, depending on your schedule.
