Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Agadir 

After a warm welcome at the airport, we’ll take you directly to your accommodation, where you can settle in.

You’ll have the morning to relax and explore at your own pace! You might like to start with a relaxing walk along the beach promenade or simply unwind by the sea. With its miles of golden sands and famously sunny weather, Agadir is the perfect place for sunbathing or enjoying a refreshing swim if the weather allows it.

For lunch, we highly recommend trying the fresh seafood at one of the city’s charming seaside restaurants.

For a touch of adventure, take a scenic cable car ride to Kasbah Oufla, where breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the Atlantic Ocean await.

Day 2: Agadir – Taghazout – Essaouira

After breakfast, depart Agadir with your private driver for a relaxing morning drive along the coast towards Essaouira. The journey offers captivating views of the ocean and argan tree landscapes, passing through Berber villages and stopping to watch goats climbing Argan trees.

Stop for lunch and enjoy fresh Moroccan dishes at a local restaurant before continuing your journey. Soon, you’ll arrive in Essaouira, ready to explore its unique, breezy charm and historic medina. Walk along the beach or relax in one of the peaceful seaside cafés, enjoying the ocean breeze.

Day 3: Essaouira – El Oualidia – El Jadida – Casablanca

Following breakfast, we will take a scenic coastal drive to Casablanca, with a stop at El Oualidia and its captivating lagoon. It’s a great spot for bird watching, with flamingos, warblers, raptors, and storks all year round. 

You will have leisure time for lunch. 

Continuing along the picturesque coastline, we will proceed to El Jadida, formerly known as Mazagan. This historic city represents one of the earliest Portuguese settlements in West Africa, established on the route to India. El Jadida is a unique blend of Portuguese architectural influences and Moroccan cultural heritage. 

We’ll reach Casablanca, where a comfortable hotel awaits you for a relaxing night.

Day 4: Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen

After breakfast, visit the Hassan II Mosque, a true masterpiece of Moroccan architecture and one of the largest mosques in the world.

We then continue to Rabat, Morocco’s capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to explore the historic Hassan Tower and the majestic Mausoleum of Mohammed V.

Enjoy lunch at one of the city’s top restaurants before heading north toward Chefchaouen, the beautiful Blue City in the Rif Mountains.

As you travel, admire the rolling hills, olive groves, and charming rural villages that reflect Morocco’s natural beauty. The road winds gently into the mountains, revealing stunning landscapes along the way. 

By afternoon, arrive in Chefchaouen, where you can settle into your accommodation and begin to stroll through its blue-washed medina.

Day 5: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

Following breakfast, we continue our journey to Volubilis, Morocco’s largest and best-preserved ancient Roman site, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 

Wander through the remarkable 2,000-year-old ruins and imagine life in ancient Mauritania, where a thriving city of 20,000 once stood, complete with grand villas, baths, and vibrant mosaics.

Just 30 kilometers away lies Meknes, another UNESCO-listed gem and the 17th-century imperial capital. Explore its key landmarks, including the impressive Bab Mansour Gate, the historic medina, the Sahrij Souani basin, and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. 

We then make our way to Fes, a city steeped in tradition and cultural heritage

Day 6: Fes Medina Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast at your riad, explore the old Medina on a guided walking tour, and immerse yourself in the rich history of Morocco’s first imperial city. Fes has long been the country’s spiritual and cultural heart. 

Your local guide will share fascinating stories as you visit iconic sites such as Bab Boujloud, the Karaouine Mosque—home to one of the world’s oldest universities—the Royal Palace, Bou Inania Madrasa, and Seffarine Square, known for its ornate fountain.

Enjoy free time for lunch at a recommended local restaurant.

In the afternoon, stroll through the artisan quarters, where traditional craftsmen still create fine ceramics, metalwork, and leather goods by hand. 

You’ll also explore the historic Jewish Quarter (Mellah), a testament to Morocco’s legacy of coexistence.

Day 7: Fes – Ifrane – Atlas Mountains – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert

After an early breakfast, we’ll leave Fes and head south on an exciting adventure

Our first stop is the charming town of Ifrane, often referred to as “Morocco’s Switzerland” for its alpine-style architecture and cool mountain air.

Next, we visit the vast cedar forests of Azrou, home to the endangered Barbary macaques, a unique and playful species native to the region, and one of the best-known Old World monkey species.

After enjoying lunch in Midelt, we continue through the breathtaking Tizi N’Talghemt Pass, surrounded by dramatic mountain landscapes. The route then takes us through the lush Ziz Valley,

lined with endless groves of date palms, perfect for fresh air, scenic views, and unforgettable photo opportunities.

By evening, we reach the Sahara Desert at Merzouga, where the golden dunes await. You may want to explore the sand dunes on foot, and catch the magical desert sunset.

Day 8: Explore Sahara – Nomads – Khamlia – Tisserdmine – Luxury Camp

It is highly recommended to wake up early and witness the magical sunrise over the Erg Chebbi

Return to your kasbah for breakfast. Then, explore the Merzouga region on an off-road excursion, following the iconic Paris-Dakar rally route.

Our first stop is Khamlia village, where you’ll experience the vibrant rhythms of Gnaoua music, a testament to the village’s sub-Saharan heritage. We’ll then explore an abandoned mine, a relic of the French colonial era, and visit nomadic families who still live in traditional tents. Share a cup of tea and learn about their unique lifestyle.

Afterward, we’ll journey to Tissardmine Oasis for a tranquil lunch in the middle of the desert’s charm.

Return to your kasbah and prepare for an unforgettable camel trek to a luxury camp in the heart of the Sahara dunes. As the sun sets, you’ll arrive at your camp, enjoy a delicious dinner under a starlit sky, and spend the night in a comfortable nomadic tent.

Day 9: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Todra Gorge – Dades Gorge

After a flavorful desert breakfast at your camp, ride your camel back to Merzouga to meet your 

driver. 

We’re back on the road, heading to Rissani. We’ll visit the Moulay Ali Cherif Mausoleum and then the famous traditional market, where locals still trade donkeys, sheep, goats, and camels

A quick stop in Erfoud allows us to see incredible fossils polished by local artisans

Then, we head to the amazing Todra Gorge, a top spot for climbers. After lunch, you can take a walk among the towering cliffs or enjoy tea with the locals

Our journey continues through the Dades Valley, the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs, with its unique rock formations called Monkey Fingers. 

We’ll end the day at a valley-view hotel, surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the valley.

Day 10: Dades Gorge – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas

Mountains – Marrakech

Following breakfast, we will journey to the Rose Valley in Kelaat M’Gouna, famous for its rose growing and rose water production. The city hosts a celebrated rose festival each May.

We then proceed towards Ouarzazate, where we will visit Atlas Studios, often referred to as “Morocco’s Hollywood,” where many international movies were filmed

After lunch, we will explore the fortified Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s architectural treasures. It has been featured in numerous famous films and series, such as Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, Indiana Jones, Game of Thrones

In the afternoon, we’ll journey through the scenic Tizi N’Tichka pass in the High Atlas Mountains, stopping for photos and fresh mountain air.

By late afternoon, we’ll arrive in Marrakech for a smooth drop-off at your accommodation.

Day 11: Guided Walking Tour in Marrakesh

Bahia Palace, and Ben Youssef Madrasa school. 

Enjoy lunch in Medina.

In the afternoon, journey to the modern city to experience the beauty of the Majorelle Garden and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum. Return to your charming riad within the Medina.

In the evening, you can independently explore the captivating Jemaa el-Fna square or relax on a terrace, enjoying coffee and traditional Moroccan sweets.

Day 12: Transfer to Marrakech Airport or Agadir Airport
